Meijer seeks a Market Asset Protection Manager to lead our Asset Protection Team and initiatives for East Detroit Market, covering several Michigan locations. The role drives safety programs, audits, investigations, and collaboration with store leadership to protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years of multi-unit asset protection experience; investigative experience and ability.
• Working knowledge of OSHA Regulations.
• Understanding of behavioral safety strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Wicklander Zulawski Interview Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and supervise Asset Protection Team Leaders.
• Investigate current internal theft cases and related activities.
• Conduct safety auditing to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors.
• Review activity with store leadership to reinforce safety standards.
• Drive safety programs in partnership with store leadership.
• Review OSHA logs and incident investigations.
• Ensure physical security of store locations and LP technology is operational.
• Collaborate with store detective teams and corporate investigations on ORC activity.
