Meijer Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor for our Westland, MI area. You will lead the AP team, conduct investigations, and implement shrink prevention strategies while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role partners with store leadership to protect assets and uphold 200% safety accountability. Qualified candidates have 1–2 years in supervisory roles plus retail and investigative experience, and strong MS Office skills.

• Leads Asset Protection team and drives performance.
• Experience in investigations of losses and theft.
• Understanding of safety and security compliance.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analysis.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads Asset Protection team, including hiring, reviews and scheduling.
• Investigates internal/external losses and enforces deterrence methods.
• Acts on store safety and 200% accountability with leadership.
• Performs safety audits and remedies unsafe conditions.
• Ensures physical security, alarms, and staff training.
• Reviews financial reports and assists with root-cause resolutions.
• Participates in inventory analyses and store meetings.
