InterPark Holdings Inc. is seeking a Market Asset Manager to lead the growth and oversight of the company's parking portfolio in the assigned market.

You will supervise a portion of locations, drive strategic initiatives, and coordinate with landlords and third-party operators to maximize profitability and service quality. This position reports to the Market Asset Manager or VP of Operations and requires strong financial acumen, vendor management, and the ability to develop budgets, negotiate

Qualifications

• College degree or 3 years Parking, Real Estate, Hospitality or Retail Management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet
• Some knowledge of garage construction and design desired
• Math skills commensurate with evaluating audit reports, revenue control reports, and other financial reports relative to the operation
• Fast-paced environment requiring excellent time management skills, safety awareness, and good judgment

Responsibilities

• Oversees a portion of the market's portfolio and all delegated functions
• Provides leadership in the business community and maintains direct contact with key business accounts
• Monitors the financial performance of each location within assigned portfolio; conducts corrective actions as needed
• Negotiates management and lease contracts and approves renewals
• Develops and monitors performance standards for management staff at all levels
• Develops growth strategies that work for the company and portfolio
