Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years of experience in life sciences, management consulting, commercial, financial services, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of health system dynamics and portfolio selling environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across a complex matrix organization.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable direction.
• Strong prioritization, planning, and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of the Head of Market Access, Vaccines across various forums.
• Drive strategic clarity and alignment across the Market Access organization including ownership of priorities, updates and changes.
• Facilitate translation of enterprise and market access strategy into clear direction within Market Access and Vaccines Commercial organization.
• Onboard and integrate new initiatives into Market Access.
• Drive focus, prioritization, and execution discipline across competing priorities.
• Align Market Access strategies for the commercial organization.
