You will advise Brand Access Strategy Teams and collaborate with global leaders to drive pricing initiatives with a focus on profitability and patient access.

The role is highly cross-functional, located in Morristown, NJ or Cambridge, MA, with a Global Hybrid Work Policy and 10–20% travel to key meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MSA preferred.
• Experience in pricing, market access, or contracting is a plus.
• Strong communication and executive presence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support brand pricing initiatives for General Medicines.
• Collaborate with Brand Access Strategy Teams and leadership to shape pricing, market access, and contracting strategies.
• Develop pricing models and analyze lifecycle pricing impacts; assist with gross-to-net projections.
