The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in U.S. reimbursement, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to navigate evolving policy and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in U.S. healthcare reimbursement or market access.
• Experience with payer strategy, coding, coverage, or policy analysis.
• Ability to translate complex reimbursement into actionable guidance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute U.S. market access and reimbursement strategies for icobrain.
• Engage payers, providers, and stakeholders; develop payer-facing materials.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Evidence Generation, HEOR, and Advocacy teams.
• Identify access barriers and support implementation of solutions.
• Monitor CMS, MAC, payer policy developments and translate into actions.
