Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Market Access and Reimbursement for the North Central region.

The role focuses on reimbursement, coding, and market access strategies to improve patient access to Arthrex products across Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Colorado. The candidate will train the sales team, collaborate with Regulatory and Marketing, and travel up to 40% to engage payers and physician champions,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare, healthcare insurance plan or medical device industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Certified Professional Coder is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate and train Arthrex’s Sales team and agencies on US reimbursement basics and messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Regulatory to inform tools and models.
• Plan and prioritize customer visits to provide education and value-based messages.
• Develop and implement reimbursement and market access strategies aligned with commercial goals.
• Build relationships with physician champions to support payer interactions.
• Travel up to 40% and ensure compliance with organizational objectives.
