Job summary

Valeris, Inc. in North Carolina seeks a Market Access Program Manager to serve as the primary client contact for pharmaceutical programs. You will manage day-to-day program operations, supervise staff, and ensure contract terms are met.

Within Valeris’ HUB Services, you will work with internal and external stakeholders, drive performance, report HUB metrics, and deliver client insights while coordinating cross-functional activities and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-6 years in Reimbursement, Pharmaceutical Marketing or Patient Services.
• Experience leading a team of Case Managers or similar roles.
• Experience reporting HUB metrics and trends to clients.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.
• Proficient PC skills and CRM software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activity of pharmaceutical program(s) within budget.
• Oversee client relationships and staff performance within SOPs.
• Monitor program statistics and escalate risks to ensure contracted standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to client reports, data presentation, and insights.
• Support interviewing, training, and performance feedback.
