Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in health economics, public health, business, life sciences or related field.
• Minimum five years in market access, reimbursement, payer strategy, health economics, diagnostics, or pharma.
• Proven background in diagnostics/pharma market access; cross‑industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. market access activities for pharma/diagnostics partnership opportunities with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and implement U.S. market access strategies across Roche Diagnostics portfolio.
• Analyze access requirements: reimbursement, payer strategies, evidence, stakeholder engagement.
• Plan and deliver market access proposals, presentations, and executive communications.
• Translate agreements into actionable market access plans and manage milestones and governance.
• Lead or co‑lead access workstreams with clear accountability.
• Manage timelines, risks, budgets, and scope changes; escalate as needed.
• Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and templates for future partnerships.
