Job summary

Lantheus is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access Leader to secure and optimize access to our radiopharmaceutical portfolio, including upcoming radioligand therapies. You will act as payer expert, educate customers, support patient referrals, and develop territory plans while collaborating with sales, marketing, and medical teams.

This field-based role requires heavy travel across the US to drive timely and sustainable product launches and ensure access strategies are implemented

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in coverage, coding, payment, or policy within diagnostics, biotech, or pharma.
• Strong understanding of the US payer market; radiopharmaceuticals or diagnostics experience preferred.
