Job summary

Moderna Therapeutics seeks a Counsel, Market Access and Commercial Operations to provide legal support for the commercialization of the COVID-19 vaccine in the U.S. and future assets. The role is the primary legal contact for U.S. Market Access and U.S. Commercial Operations teams.

You will advise on pricing, government price reporting, procurement responses, and compliance with FDA and related regulatory requirements while collaborating with Compliance to mitigate enterprise risk.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and admitted to the bar in good standing in at least one jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of experience in-house or at a law firm supporting the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on fraud and abuse laws and antitrust considerations for commercialization strategies.
• Assist with major market access contracts with wholesalers/distributors, retailers, health systems, GPOs, and large employers.
• Offer strategic pricing advice and oversee government price reporting policies and methodologies.
