Job summary

Fathom Robotics is seeking a Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of select UxS operations and engineering programs, from pricing and winning proposals to leading the team that executes it. You will work across prime contractors, OEMs, and government customers in both office and field environments.

If ownership starts before a contract and carries through delivery, this is the role. Hybrid work anywhere in the United States with preference for Fort Worth, TX or Ventura, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, related technical field, or equivalent PM experience.
• 5+ years of program management within defense or government contracting.
• Experience building bottom-up cost proposals for government contracts with various contract types.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~30% and work in field environments.
• US person status and ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of select UxS operations and engineering programs from pricing to execution.
• Coordinate with prime contractors, OEMs, and government customers in office and field environments.
• Translate scope changes into documented, priced changes for execution teams and customers.
• Balance engineering, government customers, and prospective clients to deliver on daily objectives.
