Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in dispatching and/or field service coordination.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by answering phone and emails promptly.
• Validate customer credit and generate service call IDs.
• Dispatch Field Technicians with necessary information and parts.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for overseas jobs.
