Everett Ship Repair is seeking an experienced Marine Project Manager to oversee contractual aspects and lead cross-functional teams in Everett, WA. You will drive profitable project execution, manage risk, and ensure compliance with USCG and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a suitable field with 10+ years of marine and engineering experience.
• PM certification is preferred and experience in marine projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of marine design, construction, repair, and conversion processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project life cycles from initial estimate to delivery and warranty.
• Review contracts and communicate schedule, budgets, milestones, and risks to staff.
• Plan, lead and facilitate cross-functional project team meetings.
• Assist Sales and Estimating in developing proposals, estimates and schedules.
• Monitor progress against budgets and performance metrics; report earned value.
• Ensure crews follow approved procedures and plans on site.
