Everett Ship Repair, part of Ice Cap Holdings, is seeking an experienced Marine Project Manager to oversee contracts and guide cross-functional teams in Everett, WA. You will drive profitability by efficient planning, resource allocation, and rigorous project controls from estimate through delivery and warranty.

The role requires strong knowledge of marine construction, regulatory compliance, and a proven track record in managing complex shipyard projects with stakeholders and vendors across

Qualifications

• Experience in marine design and engineering for new construction, repair, and conversion.
• Working knowledge of marine/ship construction, repair, and conversion processes.
• Proficiency in coordinating complex projects with stakeholders and vendors.
• Familiarity with USCG and classification society regulations and standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractual aspects of projects and lead support staff to profitably complete work.
• Oversee project life cycles from estimate to delivery and warranty period.
• Review contracts, schedules, budgets, and risk with team members and departments.
• Identify scope changes and renegotiate plans, schedules, and budgets as needed.
• Plan and facilitate cross-functional project team meetings and ensure progress reporting.
