• Define scope, budgets, schedules with stakeholders.
• Review plans, contracts and change orders to align requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate resources and vendors to meet schedule and budget.
• Engage engineering, production, purchasing and planning teams.
• Monitor performance, risks, and progress using appropriate tools.
• Prepare project documentation and reports for clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and marine regulations.
