Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field is required.
• 4 years of related experience accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, including metrics tracking, Excel, data analysis, scheduling, government contracts, and project estimating.
• 2+ years of related experience in manufacturing or a similar industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic budgeting and scheduling tools knowledge.
• Ability to validate, interpret and understand basic task scheduling or work sequencing.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination, guidance and direction to the operations team to enable productive and timely component production.
• Create project schedule and production sequences aligned with customer requirements and track progress.
• Coordinate, mediate and resolve production sequence conflicts affecting cost and schedule.
• Maintain daily presence of work in progress to monitor safety, housekeeping and performance.
• Conduct and attend meetings as required.
• Engage with the customer to provide progress updates or input requests as needed.
• Ensure work in progress complies with the published schedule sequence.
• Maintain daily communication with the Project Manager, Operations Manager and other coordinators to report status and plan corrective actions.
• Monitor and apply lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
