Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Control Specialist to keep maritime products moving. You will own the integrated schedule model across programs and shared resources, and keep it current as demand and capacity change for Anduril’s advanced AI factory.

This is a hands-on role helping solve manufacturing problems at scale. The role requires expertise in production planning, scheduling, and constraint-based methods, with a focus on fixed capacity and continuous improvement in a high‑tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field or military production experience.
• Background in production planning, scheduling, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated schedule model across programs, resources, and work centers.
• Integrate frequent changes to routings, resources, capacity, and priorities into the model.
• Sequence and prioritize jobs against finite capacity constraints.
• Identify schedule conflicts, infeasible sequences, and capacity shortfalls, with cause.
• Track schedule adherence and report variance.
• Resequence work within authorized limits as conditions change.
• Record decisions and open items in the shift handoff.
