Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Control Specialist on the Production Controls team to keep maritime products moving. You will own the integrated schedule model across programs and shared resources, maintaining it as demand and capacity change for Anduril's AI factory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Background in critical chain, theory of constraints, or buffer management.
• Experience with finite capacity or constraint-based scheduling preferred.
• Experience in low volume, high mix, engineered-to-order environments.
• Eligible for U.S. Person status and Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated schedule model across programs, resources, and work centers.
• Integrate frequent changes to routings, resources, capacity, and priorities into the model.
• Sequence and prioritize jobs against finite capacity constraints.
• Identify schedule conflicts and capacity shortfalls with root-cause.
• Track schedule adherence and report variance.
• Resequence work within authorized limits as conditions change.
• Record decisions in shift handoff and maintain items to close.
