Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer/Program Manager to oversee contractor activities for a new maritime program and provide expert OT/ICS cybersecurity insight. You will review cybersecurity plans, waiver requests, and equivalency submissions, with accountability for program quality and performance.

This role requires leading a distributed review team, coordinating workload, and delivering status updates to the COR.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; equivalent OT/ICS experience acceptable.
Minimum eight years of hands-on OT/ICS cybersecurity experience.
Four years of project management experience on U.S. Federal Government projects.
Expert understanding of OT network architecture, segmentation, industrial protocols, and maritime systems.
Experience evaluating OT/ICS cybersecurity designs and regulatory compliance.
Experience with high-volume regulatory or technical review operations using workflow tools.
DoD 8140 SCA certification (CISSP/CISA/CISM).
Advanced OT cybersecurity certification (GICSP).
Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher; U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact to the COR, ensuring accuracy and traceability of all deliverables.
Lead and coordinate a distributed review team through managers and technical personnel, directing workload and quality assurance.
Provide comprehensive status reports including workload metrics, aging reports, staffing changes, and observations.
Utilize workflow systems and case management tools to support a high-volume regulatory review environment.
