Margaritaville at Sea in Orlando is seeking a Marine Onboarding Coordinator to serve as the day‑to‑day liaison between the MVAS Marine department and AE CMI, the fleet’s ship manager. The role ensures every joiner arrives documented, compliant and prepared, coordinating pre‑joining requirements, travel and onboarding records.

Based in the Orlando office with occasional travel to Palm Beach, Tampa and Miami, you will work closely with crewing, HR and shipboard teams to manage onboarding status,

Formación

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in maritime studies, business, HR, logistics or related field.
• 1–2 years of coordination, administration, crewing, HR, recruiting or operations support.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; track many people, dates and documents.
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication; comfortable working with external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to handle confidential personal information with discretion.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally from Orlando to West Palm Beach, Tampa and Miami.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card for access to port facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary day‑to‑day contact between MVAS Marine department and AE CMI on onboarding matters.
• Coordinate each marine joiner from offer to first day on board; ensure pre‑joining requirements, documents, travel and familiarization are complete.
• Track certificates, medicals, visas and other documents; flag gaps and expiries well before joining date.
• Prepare onboarding status reports for Marine leadership and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain onboarding records and ensure alignment between MVAS and AE CMI.
• Support MVAS culture orientation and ship manager induction for new joiners.
