Job summary

Margaritaville at Sea is seeking a Director, Marine Asset Management and Planned Maintenance to own AMOS PMS, inventory governance and maintenance execution across the fleet. You will lead teams, standardize data, and report to Marine leadership on maintenance status and spare parts availability.

Hybrid role based in Orlando, with travel to homeports and ships; you will collaborate with Chief Engineers, Technical Superintendents and procurement to optimize reliability and cost control.

Qualifications

• Background in marine engineering or naval architecture or equivalent technical discipline.
• Substantial experience in ship technical operations and maintenance planning.
• Practical knowledge of AMOS or similar PMS platform.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to translate data into priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own AMOS across the fleet and lead its development, implementation and continuous improvement.
• Standardize PMS structures, equipment hierarchies and maintenance intervals.
• Maintain PMS data quality and shipboard governance.
• Lead inventory program with verified stock and optimal reorder levels.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineers, Superintendents, vessel teams and ship managers.
• Report maintenance status, procurement and inventory metrics to Marine leadership.
