Job summary

Margaritaville at Sea seeks a Director, Marine Asset Management and Planned Maintenance to own AMOS across our fleet, ensure data integrity, and provide leadership with clear status on maintenance, inventory and procurement. You will collaborate with Chief Engineers, Technical Superintendents and ship managers to standardize PMS and optimize reliability.

Based in Orlando with 25–50% travel, this role reports to Marine leadership and has visibility across fleet operations as growth continues with

Qualifications

• Background in marine engineering or naval architecture.
• Experience with ship maintenance planning and PMS.
• Practical knowledge of AMOS or similar PMS.
• Strong data integrity and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own AMOS across the fleet and lead its development and improvement.
• Standardize PMS structures, equipment hierarchies and maintenance intervals.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineers and vessel teams to schedule maintenance.
• Maintain PMS data quality and reporting for leadership.
• Oversee inventory and critical spares program.
• Monitor procurement visibility and long-lead items.
• Direct Traveling AMOS Team and ship managers.
