Job summary

HDR is an employee-owned firm delivering maritime infrastructure solutions across the United States. The New York/New Jersey Maritime Market Sector Lead will plan, direct and monitor multi-discipline projects, focusing on heavy industrial seaport and waterfront infrastructure in the NYC/NJ region.

Lead liaison with port authorities and operators, oversee multiple projects, ensure QA/QC, and advance HDR's maritime design capabilities through emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering, planning or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
• Experienced in development and management of strategic marketing programs for planning and/or engineering services.
• Experienced in development and management of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits.
• Active involvement in industry associations to enhance HDR expertise and brand.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor multi-discipline projects related to heavy industrial seaport and waterfront infrastructure.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in local maritime and waterfront projects.
• Serve as liaison with port owners/operators for program delivery.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently and ensure QA/QC.
