Job summary

Anduril Industries in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Production Control Specialist to keep maritime products moving on the shop floor. You will interface across engineering, quality, supply chain, tooling, facilities, and digital teams, driving action items and reporting ETA and owners to closure.

The role requires a background in production control or manufacturing operations, a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to coordinate across organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Production control, planning, or manufacturing operations background.
• Cross-functional coordination experience; comfortable working across organizations without owning them.
• U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with engineering, quality, supply chain, tooling, facilities, and digital teams on production.
• Run action item burn down from frequent production shakes: track status, ETA, and owner to closure.
• Route system and capability gaps to the correct team, after confirming whether the capability already exists.
• Verify delivered capability and fold it into procedure and training.
• Release work orders to the floor within authorized limits.
