Job summary

Bourbon is seeking a qualified professional to update and monitor databases in the source systems Task Assistant and ERMEO for PMP and UPMP, and to create UJs based on R8 reports. The role also involves shipboard visits to verify and record new equipment installations and maintain critical maintenance procedures.

You will develop and revise work instructions, define tasks, durations, and consumables, and monitor due dates to prevent overdue tasks.

Responsibilities

Update and monitor databases in the source systems Task Assistant and ERMEO for PMP and UPMP.
Ensure the creation of UJs (Unscheduled Jobs) based on the collected R8 reports.
Conduct regular visits aboard ships during PMPs and UPMPs to monitor and update records of new equipment installed on board.
Develop and revise maintenance procedures and work instructions, and defines: tasks, outsourced operations, estimated durations, consumables, etc.
Monitor maintenance tasks nearing their due dates to plan interventions in advance and ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule, thereby preventing any tasks from becoming “overdue”.
Participates in, collects, and drafts proposed responses to OVID audits and to the closure of observations and nonconformities identified in Class, flag, and ISM audits.
