Job summary

TMMG, LLC is seeking personnel to develop and validate MPCs for Coast Guard maintenance procedures. The role requires technical HM&E know-how, strong writing, and an ability to interpret complex technical documents.

You will contribute to the PMS-based MPC content, oversee validation, and support feedback through CG-22 processes. Travel may be involved; a background in engineering and familiarity with SFLC tools will help you collaborate with COR and maintenance activities to deliver compliant

Qualifications

• Technical experience in operation, repair, and support of HM&E or Electronics equipment.
• Good writing skills.
• Experience interpreting and understanding technical documents such as; engineering drawings and Technical Publications.
• Experience with the development of MPCs.
• Knowledge of Coast Guard SFLC logistics tools and procedures.
• Proficient in independent web research.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for depot level maintenance procedure development for ship dry dock and dockside availabilities.
• Develop MPC content using PMS Development Process Guide.
• Develop MPCs at the level of a recent graduate from a rated technical school.
• Validate MPCs; support physical validation as required by CG; document discrepancies and revise MPC.
• Support MPC feedback system following CG-22 process.
• Attend/participate in meetings related to MPC development, management, and execution.
• Contribute to a quality control program ensuring high quality MPCs.
• Prepare and deliver documentation to COR as directed.
