Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques (TJFACT) seeks a Boat Maintenance Advisor to support the Department of State’s INL/WHP program at the U.S. Embassy, Ecuador—Guayaquil Consulate.

Based with the INL Maritime Program Team, you will deliver expert boat maintenance guidance, trainings, and technical recommendations to enhance Ecuadorian maritime capacity. Effective communication with senior officials, a strong background in interceptor vessel maintenance, and experience

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (if allowable per policy).
• Experience drafting US government reports and documents (e.g., INCSR, embassy cables).
• Strong ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders (oral and written).
• Demonstrated organizational skills, especially in maintenance records and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Provide boat maintenance advice to senior officials and maritime teams.
• Develop and deliver training programs and technical guidance.
• Assist in strategic planning and program reviews of maritime initiatives.
• Coordinate with US Navy/Coast Guard and international partners to enhance maintenance capacity.
• Prepare procurement/contracting documentation and assist in end-use monitoring.
