Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• CSP designation desired but not required; trainer-certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills for safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, health, and environmental teams to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Monitor OSHA/MSHA/USCG/DEQ/EPA compliance and report trends.
• Develop and monitor safety programs, incident investigations, and training initiatives.
• Oversee Drug and Alcohol Program, audits, and ISNetworld/Avetta compliance.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual safety and environmental reports.
