Armada INC. is seeking an ESH Supervisor to lead Environmental, Safety and Health programs across Company Facility and field sites.

The role involves guiding ESH technicians, ensuring compliance with OSHA/maritime standards, and driving incident investigations. The position requires 3+ years supervision in the maritime sector, HAZWOPER/OSHA preferred certifications, and the ability to manage multiple sites with strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervision experience in the maritime industry.
• Preferred OSHA 5410 Maritime Standards.
• Preferred HAZWOPER 24/40 hour.
• Preferred OSHA 521 Industrial Hygiene.
• Preferred OSHA 3115 Fall Protection.
• Preferred OSHA 3095 Low Voltage.
• Preferred Shipyard Competent Person (Gas Free).

Aufgaben

• Manage all Environmental, Safety and Health activities at the facility and on job sites.
• Supervise ESH technicians and ensure certifications are up to date.
• Coordinate safety inspections and document findings.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Implement corrective actions for hazards and injuries.
• Communicate safety requirements to teams and management.
• Ensure environmental reporting and contract compliance.
• Prepare startup documentation (SOPs, safety plans, logs).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
