Job summary

HavocAI seeks an Electrical Field Service Technician to deploy, integrate, maintain, and sustain its USV fleet. This role is field‑oriented, requiring troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and communications subsystems. You will work with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues and implement field improvements.

The position is based onsite at Quonset, Rhode Island, with ~50–75% travel across the U.S. and possible international assignments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field service or integration of complex electromechanical systems.
• Strong hands-on electrical troubleshooting and wiring diagnostics.
• Experience with mechanical assembly and systems integration; vessel exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy to customer sites to provide hands-on USV support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and communications issues.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Document actions and communicate findings to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with customers, operations, and engineering in the field.
• Support integration, testing, and deployment readiness of vehicles.
