HavocAI in Rhode Island is seeking an Electrical Field Service Technician to support deployment, integration, and sustainment of our uncrewed surface vessel fleet. Based onsite at Quonset, RI when not traveling, you will travel 50–75% domestically and some international assignments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in field service or maintenance with complex electromechanical systems.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and wiring diagnostic skills.
- Experience with vessel operations in maritime environments.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Willingness to travel 50–75% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support at customer sites and test ranges.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and communications issues on USVs.
- Perform maintenance, replacements, and system modifications.
- Collaborate with engineering to implement corrective actions.
- Prepare vehicles and parts for deployments and field ops.
- Create maintenance records and service guides.
