Job summary

Wärtsilä in Fort Lauderdale seeks an Agreement Delivery Manager to coordinate end-to-end delivery of Fleet Optimisation Solutions for marine customers. You will plan, monitor, and progress multiple vessel deliveries from sales handover to handover, including hardware, software, connectivity, and onboard services.

You will work with customers, Sales, Contract Management, engineering, logistics, procurement, and finance in a dynamic international marine environment to ensure delivery scope,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, IT, marine tech, business, or PM.
• Experience in project delivery, coordination, contracts, or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, risk management, cost control, and progress reporting.
• Experience coordinating multiple parallel deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Fleet Optimisation Solutions for marine customers.
• Plan, monitor, and progress multiple vessel deliveries from sales handover to handover.
• Coordinate hardware, software, connectivity, and onboard services within scope.
• Maintain schedules, risks, dependencies, and customer communications.
• Ensure delivery is within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Lead delivery meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
