Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Contracts Manager for our Maritime Division to oversee government and commercial contracts across CPFF, FFP, and T&M types. This on-site role requires strong negotiation skills and a passion for national security through innovation.

You will manage the full contract lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with legal, proposals, accounting, and engineering teams to optimize performance and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, government, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• U.S. Person status required for export-controlled data access.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Location: Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts through their full lifecycle.
• Review and accept contract terms.
• Plan and manage contract proposals and support proposals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and company policies.
• Develop and implement new contract policies and processes.
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and compliance records.
• Provide contract briefs to program managers and executives.
• Offer guidance on FAR/DFARS and regulatory considerations.
• Foster relationships with internal/external customers.
• Provide risk mitigation strategies for contractual obligations.
• Negotiate complex terms with federal agencies, primes, and subs.
