Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Contracts Manager for the Maritime Division, based in Costa Mesa, CA. You will oversee the full contract lifecycle for DoD, international and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation while supporting national security through innovation.

The role requires a strong background in FAR/DFARS, CPFF/FFP/T&M contracts, and excellent negotiation and communication skills to coordinate with legal, proposal, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, government, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Execute contract management throughout the life of each contract.
• Complete contract review and acceptance.
• Oversee contract proposal planning and management and support preparation of proposals.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Assist in development and implementation of new contract policies and processes.
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and compliance records.
• Provide contract briefs to program managers and executives during contract lifecycles.
• Offer guidance on FAR/DFARS requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Cultivate relationships with internal/external customers.
• Provide risk mitigation strategies for contractual obligations.
• Negotiate complex terms with federal agencies, prime contractors and subs.
