Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator in Costa Mesa, CA to own the full subcontract lifecycle on high-value programs. You will draft SOWs/SDRLs, negotiate terms, and ensure alignment with technical scope while maintaining FAR/DFARS compliance.

You will partner with Contracts, PM, and engineering to manage performance, drive process improvements, and help scale procurement as the company grows. On-site relocation support is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, accounting, finance, business, supply chain management, or a related compliance field.
• 3+ years of experience managing high-complexity, full-lifecycle subcontracts across multi-discipline programs.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CAS, and ITAR compliance.
• Track record evaluating subcontractor performance and deliverables against negotiated terms.
• Ability to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA (relocation supported if not already local).
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the full subcontract lifecycle: RFP through closeout for high-value subcontracts.
• Draft and manage technical scope: create SOWs and SDRLs aligned with scope.
• Lead commercial negotiations: review proposals and negotiate price, terms, and schedule with FAR/DFARS docs.
• Support prime proposal captures: assist with flowdowns, schedules, and evaluation documentation.
• Manage ongoing performance: monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance; run variance investigations.
• Cross-functional execution: collaborate with PM, engineering, legal, contracts, and procurement.
• Improve the machine: streamline and scale subcontracting processes as volume grows.
• Ensure compliance: maintain FAR/DFARS, CAS, ITAR compliance and internal requirements.
