Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, government, or related field.
• 5+ years full life cycle contract management for government and commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of US Government contracting, FAR/DFARS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• U.S. Person status and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Based in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Execute contract management throughout the life of each contract.
• Complete contract review and acceptance.
• Oversee and prepare contract proposal planning and management.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Negotiate complex terms with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation.
