Foreman Friedman, P.A. in Miami is seeking a Billing Coordinator to own our billing production cycle end to end. The role focuses on preparing prebills, coordinating with attorneys, and ensuring accurate, on-time invoicing using Clio and LEDES formats.

Qualificações

• Experience with legal billing and e-billing platforms preferred.
• Zero-error invoice totals and LEDES formatting required.
• Ability to follow up with attorneys on outstanding items.
• Prior law firm or professional services billing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Generate draft prebills each billing cycle for attorney review.
• Follow up with attorneys on missing or incomplete time entries.
• Finalize and send client invoices once prebills are approved.
• Enter billable costs in Clio.
• Prepare and submit LEDES e-billing files to insurance carrier portals.
• Handle e-billing rejections and appeals when a carrier reduces or bounces an invoice.
• Post AR payments in Clio.
• Produce and monitor AR aging reports.
• Track vendor bills (read-only) and prepare checks for review.
• Prepare payroll for review and processing in Paylocity.
