Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Indiana.
• CCC-SLP preferred, CFY considered.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is desirable.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and diverse student populations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs targeting specific goals.
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings.
• Consult with teachers and educational staff to ensure student success.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide screening, prevention strategies, and staff/family training as needed.
