Director, this role builds structure, visibility, and follow-through for cross-functional initiatives in Global Marine Operations, focusing on current-work clarity and future improvements. Ideal candidates leverage data to identify trends, design practical process improvements, and prepare stakeholder-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or similar areas.
• 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, operations, data analysis, transformation, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting projects, workstreams, process reviews, or cross-functional activities in a business environment.
• Ability to gather, organize, and summarize information into notes, trackers, presentations, or working documents.
• Experience with process mapping, workshop support, facilitation, data gathering, metric review, and documentation.
• Experience with process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or design thinking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and support discovery; clarify challenges and opportunities.
• Document processes and ways of working with clear maps and notes.
• Prepare and edit transformation materials for stakeholder review.
• Support collaborative meetings and workshops; align on problems and decisions.
