Job summary

Husky Terminal is seeking an Operations Manager I, II, or III to oversee terminal operations, supervise labor forces, and guide safe, productive performance aligned with customer needs. You will plan and execute short-term objectives to meet financial goals and develop management peers while ensuring compliance with safety and union agreements.

The role requires leadership in labor relations, budgeting, and staffing, with a focus on continuous improvement and strong attention to payroll accuracy

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in Marine Terminal Operations or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises labor, foreman and staff to meet performance and customer needs.
• Develops short-range plans to achieve company goals within budget.
• Determine daily labor requirements and staff accordingly.
• Control overtime and expenditures in alignment with business interests.
• Coordinate staffing with union hall to ensure cost-effective coverage.
