Job summary

Long Lake Marina in Naples, ME is hiring a qualified marine technician for a full-time position starting immediately. The team seeks an experienced service tech who can diagnose, repair and maintain boats and watercraft in a busy marine service facility.

You will rig new motors, assist with the rental fleet, work closely with the shop foreman and fellow certified technicians, and pursue manufacturer certifications.

• Eager to learn and earn or maintain certifications.
• Open to applicants under 18 if legally allowed; high school diploma not required in some cases.

We are looking for an individual that has experience as a certified marine technician. Continuing manufacturer education to earn and maintain certifications and work toward your masters can be provided for the correct candidate. This is a great opportunity to join a highly efficient and experienced service department full of amazing marine techs and office support staff.

Job Duties-

• Repairs and maintains boats and watercraft in marine service facility: Examines, diagnoses and repairs a wide range of marine engines.

• Mercury Outboard Preferred
• Yamaha Outboard, Jet Boat, Watercraft Preferred
• Mercruiser Preferred
• Volvo Penta Preferred
