Proactively, you look for value‑adding services to keep them in top condition. You perform all repairs efficiently, safely, and thoroughly while keeping accurate documentation. Aside from working with your hands, you also enjoy interacting with your colleagues and customers. You ensure open communication and remain courteous and respectful in all interactions. Striving for 100% customer satisfaction, you clean as you work, perform quality checks on all your repairs, and answer any questions. You love getting your hands dirty and keeping our customers' boats in tip‑top shape, enabling them to have a memorable summer!

We sell, service and store some of the most advanced tow boats and pleasure boats made. You would be helping our staff service MasterCraft, Boston Whaler, Chris Craft, Monterey, Highfield, and Barletta boats. These boats are powered by Volvo Penta and Mercury marine stern drives, Yamaha and Mercury outboards and Ilmor inboard engines.
