• Strong troubleshooting background in a technology company.

• Ability to travel up to 30% and work under pressure.
• Experience with Windows OS, CRM, and VOIP tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Taking escalated support calls and resolving with clear communication.
• Managing CRM cases with high volume and rapid response time.
• Performing in-person training and limited field service work.
• Working with in-house and field service to manage after-sales lifecycle.
• Providing real-world feedback to engineering for product improvements.
• Developing into a SME across all Raymarine product ranges.
• Additional assigned duties as needed.
