The Product Support Specialist will join the US Raymarine Technical Support team in Hudson, NH, handling escalated cases and delivering hands-on training throughout the Americas.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and become a SME across Raymarine and FLIR Maritime products.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; university degrees preferred.
• Experience with electronics troubleshooting and marine/SAAS is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% annually.

Responsibilities

• Taking escalated support phone calls and resolving with clear, professional communication.
• Support Raymarine and FLIR Maritime thermal products.
• Manage CRM cases with high volume and rapid response expectations.
• Perform in-person training and limited field service work.
• Collaborate with in-house and field service to manage the after-sales lifecycle.
• Provide feedback to engineering for product improvements.
• Develop into a SME across all product ranges.
• Additional assigned duties.
