Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Product Support Specialist for its Raymarine Italia operations. You will provide expert field-based support to OEM boat builders, dealers, and end users, diagnosing issues and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will travel regularly within Italy and occasionally to other European countries, contributing to trade shows, product demonstrations, and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Technical or scientific qualification required.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills expected.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based technical support for Raymarine products and related lines.
• Support customers across Italy and other territories managed by Raymarine Italia.
• Diagnose and resolve product-related technical issues.
• Serve as main contact for customers needing technical assistance and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal Customer Service and technical teams on complex cases.
• Participate in trade shows and promotional events.
• Maintain relationships with OEMs, dealers, installers and end users.
