Barletta Boats, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This full-time on-site role in Bristol, IN focuses on supporting our nationwide dealer network with exceptional service and warranty guidance.

You will handle dealer and retail inquiries, manage warranty cases, provide technical troubleshooting, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Suppliers to resolve product concerns. The position emphasizes customer advocacy, accuracy, and rapid problem resolution.

Qualificações

• Technical degree in Marine Technology or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide service guidance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for dealer and customer service inquiries.
• Manage warranty and service cases from initial contact through resolution.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and service guidance to customers and dealers.
• Process warranty claims, parts orders, and RMAs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Suppliers to resolve product concerns.
• Support service campaigns, recalls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and customer communications.
