Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Structural Supervisor to lead marine vessel repair and fabrication in the Hampton Roads area.

You will supervise welders, shipfitters and labor crews, read drawings, ensure NAVSEA compliance, and maintain safety and quality across projects. The role requires at least 5 years of ship repair or marine fabrication experience, supervisory leadership, and proficiency with Excel/PDF tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of ship repair and/or marine fabrication experience.
• Previous supervisory, foreman, or lead experience required.
• Strong knowledge of structural welding, shipfitting, fabrication, and repair processes.
• Ability to read and interpret ship drawings, blueprints, technical specifications, and work packages.
• Familiarity with OSHA, NAVSEA requirements, and NAVSEA items.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily structural repair and fabrication activities aboard marine vessels.
• Lead welders, shipfitters, and labor crews to meet production goals and project schedules.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, work packages, and specifications.
• Ensure structural work meets quality, contract, and regulatory requirements.
• Enforce safety procedures and promote a strong safety culture across crews.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, QA, Production, and other departments.
