Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a proven shipyard foreman to lead and coordinate marine production crews, including welders, fitters, and helpers. The role focuses on keeping production moving, maintaining quality, and prioritizing safety on site.

You will read drawings and specs, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with JSAs and hot-work rules. Strong leadership and clear communication with management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of shipyard experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Foreman supervisory experience.
• Strong marine fabrication, structural fitting, and/or welding knowledge preferred.
• Ability to organize manpower and assign daily production work.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of shipyard safety, JSAs, hot-work procedures, and production requirements.
