Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks a Marine Service Technician to join a hands-on, solutions-driven team servicing U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, and commercial vessels.

You will travel to client vessels, diagnose and repair actuator and valve systems, and perform overhauls and on-board assessments to keep vessels mission-ready and compliant with safety standards. • Technical aptitude with experience working on mechanical and/or hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client vessels and worksites to perform service, repair, maintenance, and certification activities.
• Diagnose and repair actuator and valve systems, including butterfly valves, gate valves, globe valves.
• Perform hydraulic ram and cylinder overhauls.
• Conduct onboard grooms, equipment assessments, and RMVA installations.
• Test, inspect, and certify relief valves.
• Follow all company safety procedures and customer requirements while working aboard vessels and at industrial facilities.
